Each ticket is eligible to win one prize in each prize category.  A prize category is defined as a group of identical prizes on the official list of prizes where all prizes are drawn on the same day.  After each prize category draw is complete, all winners are recorded and the ticket numbers go back in the barrel for the next prize category draw. All 1,378 prizes are drawn from a Raffle Drum.

In the event that less than 85% of the tickets are sold by the final deadline, the Foundations reserve the right to award the cash option prize values, not the prize itself, at 80% of the published value. All small prizes with no cash options will be awarded as stated in the prize listing.
